That’s okay—and actually pretty common. Many students take the course before starting a project so they feel confident and prepared when the time comes. And with lifetime access, you can revisit the material as often as needed when you’re in the field.
Absolutely. We’ve had students with zero construction or investing experience who’ve gone on to manage successful gut rehabs. The course walks you through everything step by step—no jargon, no fluff. Just what you actually need to know.

Each Saturday during the 4-week cycle, Steve will host a live 90-minute session on Zoom. These are open Q&A style—bring your questions from that week’s lesson or anything you’re working on. It’s a relaxed but focused environment to get expert feedback in real time.
If you follow the system and apply what you learn—yes. Hundreds of students have used this exact framework to confidently manage their own projects, control their budgets, and stop relying on unreliable contractors. You don’t have to be a builder. You just have to be willing to learn how to run your business like one.
No. This course does not provide an OSHA certification or contractor’s license. What it does give you is something most of those programs don’t—real-world construction management training. OSHA courses focus strictly on jobsite safety (which is important), but they don’t teach you how to run a rehab, manage subs, pull permits, or control a budget. This course fills that gap. It’s designed to make you a confident, capable project leader—whether you plan to GC your own projects or hire one and finally know what you're looking at.
