Julia Choseed
Julia Choseed is a real estate developer, investor, designer, and mentor with a decade-long track record of transforming spaces—and people. She is the founder of Brickhouse Builders, a Philadelphia-based development company that has played a key role in revitalizing the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood. In 2016, Julia bought her first property with just $11 in her bank account—and quit her job the same day. Since then, she’s developed millions of dollars in real estate and built a reputation for excellence across flipping, renting, wholesaling, designing, and GC-ing both her own projects and those of others.
Her deepest passions lie in design and education. She co-created the Comprehensive Accelerated Construction Management Course with Better Than Success, a certification program that has trained over 700 investors and helped produce more real rehabbers than any other course of its kind. Now the owner of a 15-acre resort and farm in Puerto Rico, Julia has stepped away from live teaching to fully embrace a new season of intentional living, creative design, and soul-aligned work. Her legacy continues through the course and the hundreds of investors she’s helped build with confidence.
Nicole Purvy
Nicole Purvy is a performance and wealth strategist, private equity fund manager, and entrepreneur known for helping ambitious founders build profitable businesses that run on systems—not hustle. She is the founder of The Better Than Success Real Estate League, the creator of the God, Goals, and Money Income Accelerator, and host of the Nicole Purvy Classified podcast and newsletter. Nicole has taught thousands of real estate investors and entrepreneurs how to scale income, master productivity, and build wealth through structure, strategy, and spiritual alignment.
She is also the Managing Partner of Invictus Elite Capital Group, a private equity real estate fund focused on acquiring and repositioning 100+ unit multifamily properties into wellness-centered “Intentional Living Spaces.” With a deep background in construction management and education—including co-creating the industry-shaping BTS Construction Management Certification Course—Nicole has trained over 700 students and produced more successful rehabbers than any program of its kind. Today, her work sits at the intersection of capital, content, and high performance—teaching the next generation of business leaders how to over-prepare, outperform, and operate at elite levels in both life and business.
Steven Harris
Steve Harris is a licensed general contractor and seasoned construction project manager with over 20 years of experience overseeing residential and commercial builds from blueprint to completion. Based in Philadelphia, Steve has managed more than $8 million in construction and renovation projects, with a reputation for precision, reliability, and results. He is OSHA 30 certified and ASSE International certified, with a background that also includes managing multimillion-dollar snow removal operations and originating construction loans during his years in the lending industry.
Steve has led framing crews, coordinated subcontractors, handled permitting and inspections, and navigated every phase of full gut rehabs. His real-world experience spans both field execution and project logistics—making him the ideal GC coach for students inside the Better Than Success Construction Management Course. He’s managed multiple projects remotely, including high-volume rehabs for Nicole Purvy while she was based in California. Whether you're brand new or scaling up, Steve brings the hands-on knowledge and clear communication style needed to help you understand how construction really works.
