After leaving banking to pursue his passion for real estate investing, Watson took his empathetic approach to negotiations along with a desire to solve problems for home-owners while providing investors with opportunities through the founding of his company, The Covenant Real Estate Investment Group.
Over the last 2 and a half years, The Covenant Real Estate Investment Group has become an innovative resource with a mission to supply investors with off market real estate deals at deep discounts in Philadelphia’s hottest areas. Watson’s primary business is wholesaling where he and his team closed 14 deals in 2021. He is also a real estate investor himself working to build a large portfolio.

As the founder and fund manager of Invictus Elite Capital Group, she leads a team focused on acquiring and repositioning multifamily properties to deliver high-yield returns and foster long-term community growth.
With over a decade of experience in real estate, Nicole also founded the Better Than Success Real Estate League and launched initiatives like Philly Real Estate Week and the Women in Real Estate Summit. Her innovative, data-driven approach combines value-add and opportunistic strategies, targeting IRRs of 10-20% to build sustainable wealth for investors. Based in Southern California, Nicole’s mission is to help investors achieve financial success through strategic real estate investments.

Arthur Lyons is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and healthcare administrator. He is the owner of Focused REI, co-owner of Focused Credit Solutions, and co-owner of The Holodec Virtual Reality & Esports Center. With a background in fix-and-flip projects, Arthur now focuses on long-term buy-and-hold investments, scaling into multifamily properties, including apartments. He also specializes in private money placement and strategic wholesaling. While expanding his real estate portfolio, he continues his career in healthcare administration, applying his expertise in operations and management.
DOM SUMMERS
REAL ESTATE INVESTOR
Dom Summers is a real estate investor who started his journey at 22 after spending two years in prison. During his time behind bars, his mom sent him five real estate books, sparking his passion for the industry.
It took Dom four months to close his first deal, earning just $2K, but it was a turning point in his life. Since then, he’s completed over 150 wholesale deals, 10 buy-and-flips, and began building a rental portfolio in June 2021. Today, Dom’s portfolio is valued at around $3.8 million.
