Membership to BTS Real Estate League is subscription-based. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen membership level.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused portions of your membership unless required by applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property All content provided by BTS, including but not limited to videos, guides, templates, and resources, is the intellectual property of BTS and protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for any purpose outside your personal, non-commercial use.
5. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:
Misuse or abuse any BTS resources, tools, or platforms.
Share your membership login with others or distribute any exclusive content provided by BTS without permission.
Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws while using our services.
6. Limitation of Liability Better Than Success is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. While we provide educational resources, all investment decisions are your responsibility. Always consult with financial, legal, or real estate professionals before making decisions.
7. Privacy Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting us directly. Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.
